What is your MOQ 1?
Usually our MOQ is 1000PCS. But we accept a lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to inform us of your purchase plan and we will supply the price corresponding to your quantity. We usually provide our customers with stock samples free of charge. If you need samples in your OEM color and print, we will charge some costs based on actual cost incurred, and the cost will be refunded under order. We accept sample fee for payment via paypal.
We usually ask for freight collect sample delivery. If you have an international express account such as Fefex, UPS, DHL and TNT, it will be huge. If you do not have an express account, we can prepay the freight here, and you only have to pay to our PayPal account accordingly.

3. how long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it will take 2-3 days.
If you need samples with your own design, it will take 7 days to work properly.

It depends on the quantity of the product and the order. Usually, we need 15 days of orders and moq.

• 5. if I want to design my own, what format files do you need?
For print designs, we need AI or PDF files to set the print version.
We will make model photos and send you print details, including color, size and location, before actual samples are made.

We match the colors to the Pantone matching system. So you just need to give us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors accordingly. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

8 what is your payment period?
